Evangelism Evening with Pastor Ian Wildeboer
An Evening on Evangelism with Pastor Ian Wildeboer Friday, October 23 from 7PM to 10PM provides a unique opportunity for Fraser Valley churches to interact together about evangelism with Pastor Ian Wildeboer of Mercy Christian Church.
Ian pastors a unique and growing Canadian Reformed church in downtown Hamilton, Ontario, and will share some of its strategies for reaching its city with the gospel.
The evening will provide attendees with the occasion to talk together about the opportunities and challenges of evangelism.
The evening also promises to be a time of mutual encouragement as we join hands and invigorate one another in promoting the gospel to our respective locales.
The event will occur in the multi-purpose room of Gateway Christian Reformed Church in Abbotsford. Refreshments will be served.

Pathway will have a booth at the Winter Jubilee in downtown Abbotsford.
Our free, and family-friendly, Winter Jubilee celebration returns on Saturday, November 21st from 3 pm to 7:30 pm in Historic Downtown Abbotsford! Home to Abbotsford’s only tree lighting event! The celebration kicks off our JINGLE ALL THE WAY holiday season! Get ready to start your holiday shopping at the vendor market, grab warm food and drinks, and enjoy the live performances on stage! Cookie decorating, face painting, and pictures with Mr. and Mrs. Claus are just a few of the free activities!

Pathway Spring Kickoff

When our identity is in Christ, we have a new definition and understanding of ourselves.
We can face evil and suffering because we know we’re in God’s hands
We face temptation knowing who we are and who’s on our side
We don’t worry about what others think of us because we know how Christ sees us, clothed in “fine linen [that] is the righteousness of the saints” (Revelation 19:8), spiritual clothing that he has given to us. We are already seen as righteous when we’re in Christ, so when the devil or the people around us accuse or judge us, we are confident because of Christ.
